Mr. Mihin Perera

Mihin Joined LKI in February 2024.

Mihin is currently reading for a Master’s Degree in Economics at the University of Colombo, where he holds a BSc in Business Management (Special) specialized in Industrial Management with a First Class Honours from the National School of Business Management (NSBM). 

Prior to joining LKI, Mihin held various analytical roles across large conglomerates and consulting firms specializing in economic and sector research under a broad spectrum of industries including plantations and agriculture, consumer goods, construction and real-estate, healthcare and energy. Throughout his career, he led numerous economic and financial advisory projects, both domestically and internationally. Mihin has been instrumental in curating thematic and sector reports crucial for guiding strategic investment and business decisions, conducting feasibility studies, economic policy analyses, and undertaking highly analytical assignments encompassing data modeling and forecasting. His research interests include public finance and public policy, trade and investment, public economics and economic growth.
