Malinda joined LKI in June 2017.

Malinda graduated from the University of Saskatchewan (Saskatoon, Canada) with an honours degree in International Cooperation and Conflict Studies.

Malinda has worked with numerous organisations including the Centre for Poverty Analysis (CEPA), Oxfam Canada, the Saskatchewan Organization for Heritage Languages (SOHL),and GIZ-FLICT (Facilitating Initiatives For Social Cohesion & Transformation). He has also served on the Board of Directors at the Saskatchewan Council for International Cooperation (SCIC). His research interests include Global Social Justice Movements, American Foreign Policy, Climate Change, and Latin American Politics.
