The Interns of Lakshman Kadirgamar Institute of International Relations and Strategic Studies (LKIIRSS), presented their research on emerging geostrategic issues and their Implications for Sri Lanka, on the 14th of July 2026.

The session encouraged young researchers to critically engage with and present findings related to the following topics:

4. Port City and the Missing Links between the Regulator and the Developer by Dulmini Hetti Arachchi and Wihangi Ranasinghe

5. India-China trends and Implications for Sri Lanka by Janani Kandaramage and Hansani Dharmasooriya
