Radhika joined LKI in February 2017.

She overlooks Programme Coordination, Finance, Human Resource, and Administrative functions at the LKI. In the absence of the Executive Director, she acts as the Officer in Charge (OIC).

Radhika has over 13 years of management experience, over ten years in the private sector, and over 3 years in the public/non-profit sector.

She has a BSc degree from the University of Delhi with first class honours, and an MBA from the Postgraduate Institute of Management (PIM) in Sri Lanka. She is also a professional member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM), UK.

Radhika served in the Junior Chamber International (JCI), a non-profit, non-governmental, international, organisation of young people between 18-40 years old, and was the JCI’s National President in Sri Lanka in 2012.

She has a longstanding interest in international affairs and has followed the Postgraduate Diploma in International Relations at the Bandaranaike Center for International Studies in Colombo.

She has represented LKI several international forums including, at the Annual Meeting of the Oxford Policy Fellowship in Nairobi, Kenya, and the Conference on Dialogue of Asian Civilizations (CDAC) in Beijing.
