Punsarani joined LKI in December 2021.
She received her Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from the University of Colombo and Master of Laws from the University of London. She completed both her Bachelors with Second Class Honors (Upper Division).
Her research interests include international law, regional integration and sustainable development.
