Ms. Tharukee Amaya

She is a recent graduand of Wayamba University of Sri Lanka with a BSc (Hons) in Food Production and Technology Management. Her research on “First Records of Two Edible Jellyfish from Sri Lankan Waters and Proposing a Taxonomic Revision for Lobonemoides sp.” was published in the Annual Scientific Sessions of SLAFAR. Complementing her professional experiences, she successfully completed an internship at the Department of National Zoological Gardens Dehiwala.
