Deputy Head of Mission of Denmark Meets with LKI Executive Director

Mr. Martin Egknud Petersen, Deputy Head of Mission at the Embassy of the Kingdom of Denmark accredited to Sri Lanka from New Delhi, met with Ambassador Ravinatha Aryasinha, Executive Director of LKI on 10 December 2024.

The meeting provided an opportunity to exchange views on the evolving relations between Sri Lanka and the European Union (EU) and the foreign policy direction of Sri Lanka under its newly elected government. The discussion also addressed the relations between Denmark and Sri Lanka, as well as broader regional and international issues.

Mr. Emil Støvring Lauritsen, Counsellor at the Embassy of Kingdom of Denmark in India, Ms. Sulochana Wijayasinghe, Research Assistant at LKI, and Ms. Sathyalee Ranathunga, Research Intern at LKI, were associated in the discussion.
