On Tuesday 30 January, two specialists from the U.S Congressional Research Service visited LKI to meet with LKI’s Executive Director, Amb Ravinatha Aryasinha. LKI hosted Dr K. Alan Kronstadt, Specialist in South Asian Affairs, and Ms Colin Willett, Asia Section Research Manager, where they discussed Indian Ocean governance, Sri Lanka’s bilateral relationships, and the economic and political outlooks for the region.
Nilupul Gunawardena and Michael Iveson, Research Fellows, were also in attendance.
